Our Vision
The community of Christ Chapel is established upon four pillars that anchor and define our vision and purpose.
The Believers Form a Community
42 All the believers devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to fellowship, and to sharing in meals (including the Lord’s Supper[a]), and to prayer.
43 A deep sense of awe came over them all, and the apostles performed many miraculous signs and wonders. 44 And all the believers met together in one place and shared everything they had. 45 They sold their property and possessions and shared the money with those in need.46 They worshiped together at the Temple each day, met in homes for the Lord’s Supper, and shared their meals with great joy and generosity[b]—47 all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.

At Christ Chapel, faith comes first. We BELIEVE in Jesus Christ. Methods may change, but our message remains the same: Jesus is everything. Belong to a community
God loves people and we do too. Christ Chapel is a church consisting of people from all walks of life. Diversity is our strength. No matter what age, background, or struggle you may have, you are welcome here. When you’re here, you’re family. You BELONG. (Acts 2:42-45)
Become
Become the person God made you to be
We are a group of people seeking to BECOME the person that God has designed us to be by knowing God, finding freedom, discovering our purpose and making a difference. Each person has a divine design, and we help each other discover and grow in it. (Romans 12:2) (Acts 2:46-47)
Build
Build God’s Kingdom
Fulfilling the great commission is a top priority. Each marriage that is restored, family that is built and life that is changed is part of that great kingdom expansion. God’s kingdom is built with every neighbor, co-worker and acquaintance that has an opportunity to hear the gospel. Both locally and globally, we are passionate about building God’s kingdom. Meet Our Pastors
Rob and Rachel both grew up in New England and had many mutual friends, but, surprisingly, did not meet until many years later while both attending Bible College in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After finally meeting, Rob swept Rachel off her feet and they were married in 2000. Three kids, three states and many adventures later, they have established a loving family!
Our Culture
Unity
Cliques and classes don’t exist at Christ Chapel. At Christ Chapel, when you’re here, you’re family.
Excellence
If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing well. We seek to do all things with excellence, not perfection. We give God our best.
Honor
Honor up, honor down, honor all around. We respect and honor people, regardless of their views and attitudes. We always show honor.
Fun
We laugh loud, hard and often. Life is hard and people are hurting, so we believe church should be fun, because God is good.
Love
Be Loved, Live Loved, Give Love. Christ Chapel is a place where you can be loved, learn how to live loved and give God’s love to the community within our church family and outside the four walls of the church.
Gratitude
We look for opportunities to make some noise with our praise and gratitude. We are loud and proud about our love for Jesus and our community. We keep it positive and look for ways to show gratitude to our team members and church community.
Generosity
Generosity speaks. God is generous, and He’s called believers to demonstrate that same generosity to the world, so that they can experience His goodness for themselves. We look for opportunities to be generous with our time, treasure and talent.
Show Some Love
We reach out to our community and show God’s love. It’s no secret there are needs in Orange County, from poverty and hunger to sex-trafficking and mental health issues. We are determined to make a difference in our community, in big and small ways, by meeting needs and finding solutions to problems within our city.
